Been one hell of a year. Lots of ups and downs. Been toying with a project for quite a while now, and am just about ready to launch. I'm hoping to be able to provide laser cut terrain and war game accessories for the general public. That's right kiddies, i'm a mere days away from officially launching Hollow Tree Studio. Initial offerings will be specific to a popular gothic science fiction game, but i'm already designing products for other games and game systems.

I hope to be able to provide the war gaming community my small contribution to the hobby.

WIP: Blood Angels Lib Dread

So,

I've had this blog for 2 years, and have done NOTHING with it. Originally intended to show off WIP school work, and other various Photoshop, 3D Modeling, Sketching, etc. The universe has seen fit to throw more than a few curve balls over the last few years, and I hope to have become a better person because of it. In addition to posting the before mentioned items, I have decided to use this blog for more personal works; painting and modeling miniatures.

I've been a hobbyist for a long time, primarily in Games Workshop products (Warhammer Fantasy Battles, Warhammer 40k) so most of the work I do will be related to some degree, however there will be smatterings of other miniatures as well. I'm using this as a test bed for multiple purposes.

1. To keep a regular record of any work I do.
2. To keep me on course doing said work, as I hope to be able to post weekly, more frequently if this catches on a bit.
3. Give me an outlet.

As I wright this, I have no readers, followers, or anything so it's just me kind of doing a brain dump here, making myself feel better for wasting a 2 year opportunity but hopefully that will change soon.
