WIP: "Steampunk Fantasy" token sets

Been a while since we've seen an update. Been working hard on some "top secret" projects :) Hopefully I'll be able to share them soon. In the mean time, I thought I would show a WIP of our Steampunk Fantasy Objective marker sets that we will be offering very soon.

New Product Launch - Ruined Fences

Hello All. I hope everyone here in the US are having a great memorial day!

I'm posting today to officially launch Set A of the ruined fences! These awesome fences designed by Tin Racer Studios would be a great addition to any tabletop!

Set A is only the beginning, Set B and the Accessory set will be coming in the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

Need Feedback - New product thoughts

Hey all,

I was painting today and had to mix a color or two. Typically I keep a little journal of my recipes, which contains a little swatch of the color, with a hand written note on colors used in mix ratio. This has worked well, but as you all well know, paper/cardstock and like products can be ruined by time, accidents, or just plain lost. I honestly didn't think twice about it, but later on today I watched Dexter and it suddenly hit me.

Why not make a swatch kit that contain "slides" that you can effectively make swatches out of that you can paint and write on to keep track of your recipes, and keep them in a box? The box would protect the slides from accidents, and when you're done you can keep the recipe for future use, or just clean it off and reuse it for your next paint project. It would be a very toned down version of this:

New Product WIP - Ruined Fences!

Hey Guys!!

Today I bring you a WIP shot of one of the multiple sets of fences that Hollow Tree will be offering soon. Designed by Tin Racer Studios, these fences are perfect for Warhammer Fantasy Battles for uses as Movement tray decoration, unit filler, and just plain old terrain! Each set will provide 12-16 inches of fencing for any of your fencing needs? Each set will offer unique pieces and when put together will look amazing on your battlefields! We will also be offering bulk discounts for multiple orders.

My FLGS had what is called a Gamer's Garage Sale. It's a day dedicated to Gamers being able to sell their unwanted stuff to fellow gamers using table space at the store. It's a fantastic idea and always has a very big turnout. 

Hollow Tree was there and we were able to show our current product line and generate some buzz on upcoming products. We also got some great feedback on what kinds of things to work on next. 

Heck, we were even able to sell a few things here and there :)

First let me say thanks to all whom have shot me messages, well wishes and inquiries over the past couple of weeks, I have a lot planed and many cool things are coming down the pipe. That said, let me preface this product announcement by saying: 

All products are available in Wood, and a multitude of acrylic colors, in transparent, translucent, and opaque unless specified in the product description. Please shoot me an e-mail for a color listing or inquiry on your order.

Updates!

Hey everyone!

Just a little snippet to let ya'll know that the manouver templates that support a popular "Space fighter" game will be up soon.

Additionally, there will be a page dedicated to FAQ about our products, the available colors to choose from,  a product page, and hopefully when some of this product gets around the way, i'll get some action shots from customers using our products.

Launch Time!!

It's Finally HERE!!

I'm proud to say that today is the official launch of Hollow Tree Studio. We'll be providing custom laser cut war gaming accessories and terrain for all types of analog games. We have a TON of projects in the pipeline and just about ready to go, so please subscribe to the blog RSS feed, or follow @HollowTree_ on twitter to stay in the loop. But without further adieu... let's look at some token sets for a particularly popular space fighter game... 

We'll Start with Shield Tokens. Shown here in Transparent blue.

Next we'll take a look at Stress Tokens. Shown here in Transparent red.

On to Evade Tokens, Shown here in transparent green.

Barrel Roll Tokens, again in transparent green.

And finally, Focus Tokens, in transparent green.

The tokens are 5/8 inch long, with exception of shield tokens which are 3/8 in diameter, all of which is 1/8 in thick. Though these tokens are cut in their perspective colors, they are available in Any of the colors we have available. Currently they are ready in transparent green, transparent red, or transparent blue. Should you want to paint them yourself, they can also be cut from 1/8 inch MDF.

Prices are:

$3.50 for 5 tokens or

$6.00 for 10 tokens.

WIP Necron Barge

Hey all, just a quick WIP of some Necron bits I'm working on. Still workin on Hollow Tree launch, my material delivery was delayed unfortunately. So, to tide ya'll over here is a pic of my barge I'm working on. 

Been one hell of a year. Lots of ups and downs. Been toying with a project for quite a while now, and am just about ready to launch. I'm hoping to be able to provide laser cut terrain and war game accessories for the general public. That's right kiddies, i'm a mere days away from officially launching Hollow Tree Studio. Initial offerings will be specific to a popular gothic science fiction game, but i'm already designing products for other games and game systems.

I hope to be able to provide the war gaming community my small contribution to the hobby.
